About Paris Housing Authority

Since 1941, the Paris Housing Authority has been dedicated to serving very low and low-income families in the Paris/Henry County area. We are a Public Housing Program in accordance with The United States Department of Housing and Development. Our team will offer you great customer/client care as we promote upward mobility for you and your family. We currently manage 196 units of public housing in three areas inside the city limits of Paris, Tennessee. We are in full compliance with all regulations, federal, state, and local non-discrimination laws governing Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.

Our Mission

Our mission at the Paris Housing Authority is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing in good repair for eligible families in a manner that promotes serviceability, economy, efficiency and stability of the developments; and to utilize all available resources to maximize the social and economic opportunities of our residents.
